Committee for Wagga School Leaders Program completed Module 3 - Me and leadership in a broader context yesterday. The morning started with the students interviewing each other on route to Charles Sturt University. The students discussed “Their Hidden Potential”, as highlighted their Clarity 4D personal profiles. Topics covered were what resonated with them, what they disagreed with and how each person’s traits are very different.

Module 2 of the Wagga School Leaders Program was held on Tuesday 22nd March at Borambola Sport and Recreation Centre. This module focused on strengthening the connections between the Wagga School Leader Program participants through meaningful, fun activities, learning about different leadership and communication styles, and providing the students with the opportunity to present to their peers.

WAGGA SCHOOL LEADERS PROGRAM MODULE 2, 2021

Module 2 of the Wagga School Leaders Program, hosted by ARTC Kapooka, was held on 10 March 2021. This module is designed to challenge the individual participants and develop teamwork skills. The students learnt about their strengths and weaknesses, developed trust with their cohorts forming stronger connections with each other.

WAGGA SCHOOL LEADERS ORIENTATION 2021

Committee for Wagga would like to welcome the new cohorts of our Wagga School Leaders Program 2021. Last night saw 17 students from 6 local high schools attend orientation where students were given a course outline including lectures, interactive activities, tours, forums, events, excursion and virtual experiences.

The first module will take place on 24th February at Charles Sturt University. Committee for Wagga looks forward to providing updates at the completion of each module.
