The 2023-24 Land Monitor Report

The 2023-24 Land Monitor Report has been launched.

HIA Wagga and RDA Riverina in partnership with Committee 4 Wagga held a members’ breakfast to mark the occasion.

The report – identifying the supply and demand of land in Wagga Wagga – showed there were 158 approvals for new houses in the 2024 financial year.

This is 125 below the five-year average of 283 houses.

The difference is valued at $92 million lost to the local economy.
