Times have changed significantly since Simon Freemantle first joined PRDnationwide Wagga Wagga.
That was way back in 1989 when Simon was at the university of Western Sydney and was keen to make a career as a real estate agent.
It’s 33 years later and a different era but what has not changed is Simon’s passion to succeed with the PRDnationwide team.

Compact is a not-for-profit organisation that has implemented approximately 30,000 work placements over 30 years, with some students going on to become host employers over this time.
Objectives:
· To bring the team’s activities to fruition through planning their presentations.
· To combine individual insights regarding WSLP learnings into a group presentation for the Graduation dinner
· To develop individual leadership plans with a mentor
· To use their presentation skills to present their learning and thanks to the Wagga Community and the C4W.

The students were challenged with physical activities and were pushed outside of their comfort zones. The students learn about their strengths and weaknesses, develop more trust, and continued learning new things about themselves and each other.

The morning started with the students interviewing each other on route to Charles Sturt University. The students discussed “Their Hidden Potential”, as highlighted their Clarity 4D personal profiles. Topics covered were what resonated with them, what they disagreed with and how each person’s traits are very different.
