Mentoring 4 Growth Program

C4W has recently launched a mentoring program for Wagga’s Young Professionals.

The ten nominated mentees were paired with some of Wagga’s more experienced leaders prior to the official launch of the program on March 27, 2018. A workshop was conducted on April 10, 2018 at the Townhouse Restaurant focussing on ‘developing a productive mentoring relationship’.

C4W School Leaders Program Launch

The C4W Wagga School Leaders Program (WSLP) was officially launched by C4W Chair, Judy Galloway at the CSU AgriTech, Incubator Hub, last Wednesday. Sixteen eager Year 11 students from 7 local High Schools completed the first Module and are looking forward to Module 2 at ARTC Kapooka next month.

Member snapshot – Joel Board from ICG Construction Group

For 15 years, ICG Construction has specialised in the design and construction of commercial and industrial projects. Their work includes the Oasis Aquatic Centre, Watermark Apartments and Borambola Conference Centre.

Last year, Joel Board returned to Wagga to accept a role with ICG and is now project managing multiple large construction works. He shares what brought him back to Wagga and why he wanted ICG to become a Committee 4 Wagga member.
