Mentoring 4 Growth Program

C4W has recently launched a mentoring program for Wagga’s Young Professionals.

The ten nominated mentees were paired with some of Wagga’s more experienced leaders prior to the official launch of the program on March 27, 2018. A workshop was conducted on April 10, 2018 at the Townhouse Restaurant focussing on ‘developing a productive mentoring relationship’.

Margot Faraci, Commonwealth Bank’s NSW General Manager for Regional and Agribusiness Banking will share her leadership experiences with the Mentoring 4 Growth program participants at our next event on July 25, 2018.

The Mentoring 4 Growth program concludes on November 21, 2018. Between the initial workshop and the program end date, mentees and mentors arrange to meet with each to discuss and share significant transitions in knowledge, work and thinking.
