Welcome to Wagga Autumn 2026
What a fantastic turnout!
Last Friday evening we welcomed countless new residents to our city, joined by Councillor Dallas Tout- Mayor City of Wagga Wagga, the Committee 4 Wagga team, Sally Manning from the Wagga Wagga Business Chamber, and so many friendly faces for a beautiful night in the Victory Memorial Gardens at our Welcome To Wagga event.
A huge thank you to the local businesses and organisations who generously donated vouchers, merch, and goodies for our welcome packs. These packs and the atmosphere are a meaningful way to help new community members feel at home, make connections, and meet like-minded people. We’re also incredibly grateful to the Rotary Club of Wagga Wagga for running the BBQ and keeping everyone well fed.
Committee 4 Wagga hosts this event twice a year, with the next Welcome To Wagga coming up in Spring 2026. If you’ve recently welcomed a new staff member, met a new neighbour, or know someone who’s just arrived in our wonderful city, please encourage them to follow our socials so they don’t miss out. We’re a team of locals advocating for Wagga to become Australia’s most liveable regional city.
