Applications Open – Emerging Leaders Program 2015/16

Applications are now open for the 2015/16 Emerging Leaders Program proudly sponsored by Charles Sturt University.

The Program is seeking applications from inspired, energetic and capable younger leaders who are looking to advance their leadership potential both from an organisational and community perspective.

Guest Speakers for the program have to date included:

  • Kay Hull AM – Former Member for Riverina, Former Wagga City Councillor, Recipient Freedom of the City of Wagga Wagga, Patron C4Wagga

  • Tim Fischer AC – Former Deputy Prime Minister & Former Australian Ambassador to the Holy See

  • Ron Finemore AO – Executive Chairman of Ron Finemore Transport

  • Dr Lan Snell – Course Director Faculty of Business Charles Sturt University

  • Judy Galloway – Director Sureway, Chair C4Wagga, Wagga’s Woman of the Year 2014

  • Professor Andrew Vann – Vice Chancellor Charles Sturt University

  • Erin Kennedy – Wagga Wagga Magistrate

  • Tanya Dendrinos – Chief of Staff – Win News Riverina

Emerging Leaders participants will:

  •  Develop Leadership potential and foster that potential in others

  •  Learn how to lead effectively

  •  Engage with current issues facing the Wagga Wagga community

  •  Develop knowledge and understanding on key topics

  •  Form networks with other like-minded individuals

  •  Contribute to improving Wagga Wagga

Eligibility and the selection process:

  • Eligible applicants must be nominated by a Corporate, Executive, Business or Foundation Level Member of C4Wagga.

  • Successful applicants will be selected to form a balanced representation of genders, type and size of industry or community organisation, age and experience.

  • Interested Members are invited to nominate their applicant by completing the application form (below) or contact for more information.

  • Places are limited.  Applications close 5.00pm Tuesday 30th June 2015.
