Big Springs Water is a family-owned Australian business providing premium spring water, water coolers, filtration systems, and hydration solutions to homes, businesses, schools, and community organisations throughout regional New South Wales and ACT. Establishedwith a commitment to delivering high-quality water and exceptional customer service, the business has grown steadily through strong local relationships, reliable service, and a focus on supporting regional communities. We have a dedicated team of 33 membersincluding experienced management, customer service professionals, delivery drivers, production, and administration staff who work together to ensure our customers receive dependable and personalised service.
What is your business focus?
Our focus is on providing sustainable, high-quality hydration solutions that meet the needs of businesses, households, and community organisations. We are committed to delivering outstanding customer service, investing in innovative technologies, and supporting the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve.
What are your current opportunities and challenges?
Opportunities include continued growth across regional Australia, increasing demand for environmentally sustainable hydration solutions, and expanding our range of water filtration and workplace wellness products. Like many regional businesses, challenges include workforce availability, rising operating costs, supply chain pressures, and managing growth while maintaining the personalised service standards our customers expect.
What are the broader opportunities and challenges for Wagga?
Wagga Wagga is well positioned as a regional hub for business, education, health, agriculture, and logistics. Opportunities exist through continued population growth,investment in infrastructure, and attracting new industries to the region. Challenges include workforce attraction and retention, housing availability, infrastructure demands associated with growth, and ensuring regional businesses remain competitive in an increasingly digital economy.
What are your achievements?
We are extremely proud to have been serving our community for 32 years. During this time our achievements include building a trusted regional brand, establishing long-term partnerships with businesses and organisations across New South Wales, expanding our product and service offering, and maintaining a strong reputation for reliability and customer service. We are particularly proud of our ongoing support for local events, community initiatives, and community organisations.
What element of your business makes you most proud?
Without question, our people are what make us most proud. The dedication, professionalism, and care shown by our team every day are the foundation of our success. From customer service and administration through to our drivers and production team, every team member plays an important role in delivering the reliable, personalised service that Big Springs Water is known for. We are proud to have built a workplace culture where people feel valued, supported, and connected to the communities we serve. The longstanding relationships our team has developed with customers are a reflection of that commitment and something we never take for granted.
