Committee for Wagga is proud to support the Inland Growth Summit - Housing 2021 hosted by Regional Development Australia - Riverina and Orana.

In 2018 the NSW Government released the 20 Year Economic Vision for Regional NSW which identified Wagga Wagga as a Growth Centre with a population forecast of 100,000 people by 2038.

This summit will discuss the factors impacting housing availability and the severe shortage of properties to rent or buy. This is having a resonating effect on communities where residents who can't find a home have to move somewhere else.
